Autumn Mid-Wales Wedding Photography | Holly & Sam
So, 2020, here we are. A time of isolation, quarantine and lockdown! A time which I for one didn’t see coming. It’s like we’ve all been sent into a bad disaster movie of some kind, one which I’m personally not a great fan of!
Luckily social distancing wasn’t even a thing back in the autumn of last year. It’s a time that feels so long ago now and it seems a bit strange putting together this blog post about Holly & Sam’s fabulous mid-wales wedding.
Now laid back is what I like. To me, it’s just how weddings should also be and also (funnily enough) just how I like to photograph weddings. Thankfully, Holly & Sam were both on the same page. From when we first met, I was pretty confident we were going to be a good match (even though I hadn’t met Sam until a week or so before) and that an ace day was going to be had.
MID-WALES WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY
Holly’s parents caravan park in the beautiful mid-wales countryside was the chosen venue. And chose we;; they did. The church was just a stones throw away, and when I say stone’s throw, I mean right next door which was nice. As I’ve mentioned before, this is usually something of a luxury when photographing a mid-wales wedding.
Great families, great friends, a great location and some awesome food (Beefy Boys you rock) all made for a great wedding. Together with some of the best air guitar playing I’ve ever come across. I know Holly likes to think she’s a quite strong, takes no messing kinda girl, but I’m sure I saw one or two tears in there somewhere! A mid-wales wedding day that was a little time in making, but I’m so glad it finally was.
RELAXED WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY
Holly & Sam you were both an absolute pleasure to work for and I absolutely loved being a part of your day, again, thank you. Anyway, here’s a few from when Holly & Sam did that wedding thing…
